Alard have provided and continue to provide Electrical Services to New Build, Refurbishment, Small Project and M&E Maintenance Schemes directly for the client and/or as nominated sub-contractors.

The refurbishment schemes are more complex as the store has to remain operational throughout its duration of approx. 6 weeks. These works comprise Sales Area lighting upgrades and Mechanical Services Wiring.

Alard are directly appointed by the client to undertake a Preventative / Reactive (24 hour call out) Maintenance Scheme which covers 65 stores within the North West. Small Project work is carried out directly for the client which usually consists of pilot schemes and small upgrades.
