TEGG Service® PRIORITY EMERGENCY RESPONSE
- The intent of this Electrical Services and Maintenance Programme is to avoid emergency electrical failures. In the event that the need ever arises for emergency electrical service, the Owner will be provided with Priority Emergency Response.
- If an electrical emergency occurs as a result of the failure of any electrical component(s) covered under the terms of this agreement, the Owner will not be charged for any labour (including overtime or travel and living expenses) or material costs to diagnose the problem and repair or replace the failed component(s).
